Studies have shown that listening to music while exercising improves performance during competition.  As an athlete, I have found this to be true.  Once my headphones, blasting my most sacred pump up music, hit my ears, I’m practically a new person.  One of determination, fire, spirit, and focus.  Just to share with you what gets my adrenaline going, here are some of my favorites from my Pre-Game Music Playlist:
